2D NMR- Worked Example 1 (COSY)

The first of four worked example problems showing how to tackle a 2D NMR problem. In this video we specifically cover the use of 1D NMR and COSY to differentiate between isomers. We take a deep dive into the 1D NMR splitting, and consider how different motifs can display different J splitting values.
