Making good baguettes is a challenge for any home baker, and I've been practicing for quite a while. Meanwhile, the results are pretty good and presentable.
Unfortunately, there is no such thing as a simple baguette recipe. If the recipe claims it is easy, then the result is also very simple and by no means a perfect baguette.
When I make something myself and invest the time, it is important to me that the result will be good.
Sometimes it takes a little time and I have to practice a lot, like with baguettes.
My journey is far from over, there is still plenty to learn.
What I have been able to learn so far about baguettes, I show in this video.
