Do you struggle to sit still? Or find yourself constantly occupied with chores?

When our nervous system triggers the Flight response, our heart races, breathing becomes shallow, muscles tense up, and we may feel jittery. These changes prepare the body to swiftly respond to perceived threats. Yet, in today's world, this reaction can be prompted by non-life-threatening stressors like work pressure or personal conflicts.

This can look like:

1️⃣ Excessive Busyness
2️⃣ Procrastination
3️⃣ Changing the Subject
4️⃣ Overworking
5️⃣ Being Easily Distracted
6️⃣ Physical Restlessness

Join us to learn more about the 4 trauma responses: Fight, Flight, Freeze, and Fawn. Discover somatic practices to help shift out of these nervous system states and regain your sense of self.

Please Note: Our nervous system responses are natural and vital for our safety. Our aim is to understand why we might become stuck in a trauma response and to find effective ways to transition out of it once the threat has passed.
