超好吃的巧克力杏仁饼😋外层淋上巧克力,里面包着酥香的饼,还有杏仁,好吃得停不了口 !❤️大人小孩们的最爱哦! 视频里我用的是Beryl's Milk Compound 巧克力,这是因为家人和小孩不太喜欢吃苦味的。如果喜欢苦味的,可以用 Dark compound/bitter sweet  巧克力


食材:
60克 有盐牛油
30克 糖粉
1粒 蛋黄
1/2茶匙 香草精
100克 低筋面粉/中筋面粉
20克 玉米粉

32粒 杏仁 (预热烤箱,160设氏度,烤10分钟)
200克 黑巧克力/牛奶巧克力
少许彩糖珠(装饰)

Ingredients:
60g salted butter
30g icing sugar
1 egg yolk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
100g low-gluten flour /all-purpose flour
20g cornflour

32 almonds (preheat oven, 160 degrees, bake for 10 minutes)
200g dark/milk chocolate Compound
Sugar beads (for decoration)

材料:

100克 杏仁片
80毫升 豆奶(也可用牛奶/鸡蛋白/杏仁茶代替)
40毫升 植物油
50克 细砂糖
60克 中筋面粉

加入60克 巧克力粒(可换成蔓越莓干/葡萄干)

涂层:
30克 Nestum 麦片

预热烤箱,160°C(摄氏度) ,上下火,不开旋风,烤18-20分钟

180 g low-gluten flour
10g corn flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
120g dark chocolate beans
