For this recipe, you will need:

- 10 ½ oz Dried Radish Strips
- 1 Dried Squid, soaked in water for 15 mins.
- ¾ oz Dried Chili Pepper Leaves, soaked in water for 15 mins.
- 3 Scallions, chopped
- 2 tbsp Roasted Sesame Seeds
🔸 Sweet Rice Paste
- 1 cup Sweet Rice, rinsed and soaked in water for 30 mins.
- 4 ½ cup Water
🔸 Anchovy Broth
- ½ oz Dried Anchovies
- 4 Dried Kelp, 2”x2” sized
- ⅛ oz Dried Shrimps
- 3 cups Water
🔸 Sauce
- 5 tbsp Anchovy Sauce
- 5 tbsp Yangjo Soy Sauce
- 2 tbsp Salted Shrimps
- 8 ½ tbsp Gochugaru
- 2 tbsp Garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp Ginger Syrup
- 3 tbsp Mirin
- 3 tbsp Sugar
- 2/3 cup Sweet Rice Paste
- 200 ml Anchovy Broth
- 3 tbsp Korean Rice Syrup
