This is my favourite lentil and mutton preparation. Its very easy to make and extremely taste
We call it Chora ma gosht,  however this particular pulse is called lobia and this is a very tasty lobia gosht curry.
You can have it with Bombay Pav or rotis or rice. It also tastes very good with our Parsi Khichidi.

1 tea spoon salt
5 mint leaves
4 to 5 table spoons oil

Method
Place a pressure cooker on high heat and add oil
Add chopped onions and fry until golden brown
Turn the heat to medium and add the chopped tomato and stir it in
Add ginger garlic paste and cook for 1 minute
