This plum cake trail is inspired by the thousands of responses I received to a recent tweet on Bengaluru’s most popular plum cakes. In part one of this tasting trail, I sample plum cakes at three Bengaluru institutions, Thoms, perhaps one of the most recommended, a 100-year-old Excelsior bakery that is still unknown to many, and a special matured cake at All Saints.
