I tried the MICHELIN Star ⭐️ Taco Stand in Mexico City | Is it OVER HYPED?

On May 14, 2024, a tiny taco stand in the San Rafael colonia of CDMX was awarded a Michelin Star.

A few weeks leading up to this honor, I was able to try 3 of their 4 tacos. After many, many (many) friends sent me messages about Taqueria El Califa de Leon, I wanted to break my YouTube hiatus to share my thoughts and feelings on their food--AND if it's worth all this hype.
