There is a significant innovative step in Legal practice and AI in, as the Whitepaper describes, a “high-risk AI” area, such as healthcare, transport, pharmaceuticals, recruitment, energy and part of the public sector. Regardless of the location, the AI system will be subject to rigorous testing and validation before entering the internal EU market.
