Are you looking for an SAQ (speed, agility, quickness) speed ladder drill to try out? Try the Ali Shuffle. If you're interested in adding this to your training program, learn how to do it in this video. Start parallel to the ladder and stand outside the first box. Jump slightly, scissor kicking and placing the first foot in the box the other foot remains outside the box. Repeat scissor kick while replacing foot in the box with the opposite foot. Continue to do this as you move down the ladder and back.
