Lemon Jelly | Useful Knowledge

We use lemon jelly on homemade southern biscuits and toast for breakfast.  It's tart but not too tart that it's unpleasant to eat.  

Canning jelly is a big part of the summer at most homesteads.  Eating this lemon drop jelly is a pleasure.
