It’s another beautiful and special day and today we are making our favorite spaghetti casserole, this was one of my favorite meals to make when I used to work at the hospital, I would have it ready for my husband so he can cook it before getting home! PRO TIP!!!!
✅the spaghetti needs to be half way cooked so just cook 5 minutes less than package instructions
✅you can make that dish a head of time just assemble cover and refrigerate until ready to cook
✅if you don’t want to use sausage you don’t have to just use 2lbs of meat only or divide as desired

Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1/2 lb Italian mild sausage
1 lb spaghetti
48 oz pasta sauce of choice
1 cup ricotta cheese
1/4 cup sour cream
8 oz cream cheese
Italian blend cheese
Mozzarella cheese
1/2 minced onion
1/2 minced green pepper
1 tsp Italian seasonings
1 tsp onion powder
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt I used 1 3/4 tsp
black pepper I used 1 tsp
