Baked Chicken Legs with Garlic and Dijon
2 legs; Point Green Plan: 9
3 lbs 8 count Chicken Legs or drumsticks
2 tblsp oil
4 garlic cloves pressed or minced
2 Tblsp Dried Parsley
3 Tbsp lemon juice from 1 large lemon
2 Tbsp dijon mustard
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Bake at 400* for 1 hr (covered 30 mins uncovered 30 mins)
