Chicken Fajitas
Point Green Plan: 2
1 pound(s) uncooked boneless skinless chicken breast(s)
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1/2 onion
4 tsp taco seasoning
Cook in crockpot on low for 6 hours
Coleslaw:
Points Green Plan : 1
1 bag of coleslaw mix
5 tsp lime juice (I used 2 limes)
5 tbsp cilantro
5 green onions
1/2 jalapeno pepper
1/3 c light mayo
1/3 c fat free sour cream
mix all together and put in fridge for 4 hours before serving

White Chicken Chili
Points Green Plan: 3
1 pound skinless boneless chicken
1/2 cup onions
1 cup corn
1 can rotel diced tomatoes
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
pinch of black pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp chili powder
4 cups chicken broth
1/4 cup fat free half-and-half
8 oz fat free cream cheese
cilantro
4 tbsp fat free sour cream
put everything but the cilantro, cream cheese, half and half and sour cream in crockpot - cook on low 5 1/2 hour
last half hour put in the half and half and cream cheese
serve with cilantro and sour cream as a garnish
