Try this awesome bodyweight workout for MMA, Martial Arts and Combat Athletes.  No equipment needed metabolic workout that will help you improve endurance, explosiveness, muscle growth and fat loss all in one workout.  Get into fight shape with this circuit

Perform as many reps of each exercise for 45 seconds of work followed by 15 seconds rest one after the other with no rest in between. After you complete all 10 exercises, rest for 90 seconds and repeat for 3 rounds
