I was stoked to see fitness legend Bill Maeda showcasing a few challenging primal movements on his instagram! So, I gave them a go and man...they were INTENSE.

I recorded my efforts and in this video, I give you step by step instructions on how to execute each exercise so maybe one day we can all be as fit and shredded as Bill.
