Sev Murmura Diet Bowl -
Sev Murmura Diet Bowl - Recipe
Ingredients
200gms Sev Murmura
1 nos Onion
1 nos Tomato
1 nos Avocado
50 gms Quinoa
10 gms Sprouts
10 gms Boiled Kidney Beans
1 nos Lemon Juice
1 nos Pomegranate
a pinch of Black Salt
a pinch of Chaat Masala
5 gms Coriander
4 nos Green Chilli
METHOD
1. Cut onion, tomato, avocado dice.
2. Boil quinoa, kidney beans, Clean sprouts and reserve
3. Remove pomegranate seeds.
4. Roughly chop fresh coriander & green chilli.
5. In a bowl Mix all the prepped ingredients in (room temperature) with sev murmura.
Add lemon juice , black salt and chat masala as required.
Garnish as required.
