Bramble is taken to pole vaulting, and he looks around the forest for a suitable pole. Then he comes across just the one he needs when fighting Logger Vick. He practices pole vaulting around the forest, causing trouble for his pals. Meanwhile, Logger Vick sets up a trap to catch the two bears, but Tiki falls for it and gets caught instead. Vick decides to sell Tiki to the circus and sends a helicopter over to pick up Tiki. The rescue plan the animals hatched turns out to be futile. In the end, Bramble manages to pole-vault himself up into the sky and rescues Tiki. Since then the whole forest has developed a keen interest in learning pole vaulting.
