Napoleon Cake - is a classic of homemade cooking. It is so tender, so yummy! This is a russian style mille feuille, and I have the best classic artisan recipe. Dough - pate brisee (or quick puff pastry). Cream - a traditional pastry cream. Use vanilla if you want.

a pinch of salt
►Cream
600 g milk
1 egg and 3 yolks or 6 yolks
120 g sugar
40 g flour
10 g of corn starch
100 g butter
