Ingredients: (weight - 1.7 kg, diameter 20 cm)
Cakes:
Flour - 450 grams
Salt - 0.5 tsp
Butter (margarine) - 250 grams
Cold water - 150 ml
Vinegar 9% - 1 tbsp.
Egg - 1 pc

Custard:
Eggs - 2 pcs
Sugar - 180 grams
Cornstarch - 3 tbsp
Milk - 700 ml
Butter - 130 grams
Vanilla sugar - 1 tbsp
