[ Ingredients ]
Water 2L
1 Squid (300~350g)
1/10 Radish (180g)
1/2 Green onion (60g)
1 Tablespoon soup soy sauce (11g)
1 Tablespoon salt (10g)
1/2 Tablespoon minced garlic (10g)
1 Tablespoon anchovy fish sauce (8g)
1 Tablespoon perilla oil (7g)
1/4 Tablespoon minced ginger (3g)

1. Cut the prepared squid in half along the long side. Then, chop into 2cm pieces and cut off each leg
2. Chop radish into 3cm squares of 0.7cm thickness (Paysanne cut)
3. Chop green onion finely (about 0.3cm thickness)
4. Stir fry squid, radish, and perilla oil in a pot on high heat for two minutes
3. Add water, soup soy sauce, anchovy fish sauce, salt, minced garlic, and minced ginger on high heat
 * If you want to add synthetic seasoning, add 1/3 Tablespoon of MSG
4. When the broth starts to boil, lower the heat to medium, and cook for 7 minutes
5. Add green onion, turn off the heat, and finish off by plating
