GoPro Hero 9 Backscreen will not turn on

**UPDATE: GoPro will be replacing my camera.  If you have this issue or anything that goes wrong with your GoPro camera, I encourage you to reach out to their customer service like I did.**

this video is for the people at GoPro to figure out what is going on with my latest action camera. I love using GoPro cameras for my running but it is a little hard to figure out what I'm doing when the back screen will not turn on. I did two updates with the camera one through the GoPro app on my phone and the second one through the manual download and installing via the SD card. neither update worked to fix the back screen.
