Slow and basic yoga for seniors is a workout series designed for seniors. This gentle and easy workout progresses at a slow pace allowing time for seniors to move from one pose to another. Week 1 of the series consists of basic yoga poses with the use of props for some poses and others have been modified to allow for lack of flexibility. This is a head to toe yoga stretch so it's also a great yoga workout for beginners or anyone else who lacks flexibility. I hope you enjoy it! If you do keep a lookout for Week 2!
