Mussoorie Tour | Kempty Falls | Company Bag | Dalai Hill | Uttarakhand Part 10

I started from Lansdowne at around 10.00 in the morning and reached Kotdwar 11:15 am, however had to wait at Kotdwar for almost 2 hrs due to lack of passengers in the cab. I booked front seat in a Kotdwar - Dehradun share cab for INR 250.00 but had to wait for 2 hrs as there were few passengers showing up. At last we set off at 1:20 pm. En-route saw an elephant road side, that was an exciting experience for me as this was the first time I saw a wild elephant.
Reached Dehradun at around 4:30 pm and took a bus from Mussoorie bus stand which started from Dehra at 5:16 pm and reached Mussoorie at 7:00 pm.
Next day after breakfast I hired a scooty from Library Chowk / Gandhi Chowk of Mussoorrie where I reached by walking through the Camel's Back Road and went to Kempty water falls, while returning from Kempty visited Company Bag or Municipal Garden and Dalai Hills.
You will get all my experience travelling from Lansdowne to Mussoorie along with the brief overview of this hill station of Uttarakhand which is often referred as "the queen of hills" along with my whole day experience of visiting Kempty falls, Company Garden and Dalai Hill.

Daily Scooty Rate:
1. For Yellow Number Scooty - INR 500.00
2. For Private Number Scooty - INR 700.00
You cannot ride a Yellow Number plate scooty in Mall road and some other restricted roads, they are only for outskirts of Mussoorie.
You should purchase petrol of your own, 2 lits of petrol will be more than enough for Mussoorie and Landour, however, you will need another 2 lits if you plan for Dhanaulty.
