Crispy potato pancakes with meat
Crispy potato pancakes with meat topping
🔸1/2 kg potato
🔸100 g flour
🔸butter/salt
🔸300 g mince
🔸1/2 onion
🔸bread crumbs
1. Fry mince with chopped onion until it will be ready.
2. Peel, cut and wash the potatoes. Boil them in salted water until they're soft and poke with a fork.
3. Drain the water and mash potatoes. Add flour and butter and mix everything well.
4. Put mince mixture in the centre of the potato pancake, cover it with edges and roll each pancake in bread crumbs.
5. Fry potato pancakes over medium heat until golden.
Serve warm with sour cream and enjoy😋
