This 20 minute core + cardio circuit workout is sure to bring some serious spice to your day. Follow along with trainer Kat Atienza for a total body workout that you can do 100% equipment-free. You'll hit a quick 2 minute warm-up, and then hit 1 core exercise followed by 1 cardio exercise: 45 seconds to work, 15 seconds to rest. By the time you realize you're sweating... you'll be done! Let's get started.
