A-One New Wing Hotel is located in the same block as others A-One hotels which are located in corner of Soi 2-4 on the Beach Road Pattaya. From these you can access to the beach by just crossing the road.
Is A-One New Wing Hotel guest / girl friendly?
I booked for 2 persons via Agoda. During my stay the hotel was guest friendly (no extra charges), and they even provided 2 breakfast coupons, so the guest could enjoy the free breakfast. Currently, I cannot confirm is this hotel guest friendly or not. If you have information on this please comment below.
Anyway if this is important factor for you, there is way better hotel options in this same price range. For example, I recommend these guest friendly hotels for you:

Is A-One New Wing Hotel value for money?
While the location and hotel facilities are great, for this price range its hard to recommend this hotel over the A-One Star Hotel which is located in the next door of this hotel. This hotel cost over double over the A-One Star Hotel. If this hotel cost around 30 USD per night, then it would be great choice. However, for 40 USD per night there are just so much better options available.
