A one star hotel pattaya located in Pattaya Soi 3, just 100 meters from Pattaya Beach, is a small 3-star hotel, small room, but comfortable to stay for 1-2 days. Budget hotel, I stay 633 ฿ per night, the price is very good value.  
There is no kettle in the room.  But can come to press hot water at the lobby, which I have no problem.
