How to use routing offsets (Set Route Line)

Tip) 1. Viewport 2~3
     2. + (Continuation grip) Pipe Extention (osnap mode : Shift+Right Click)
     3. Compass (CTRL+Right Click)
     4. Change Routing offset

Note :
Must check the Compass Plan :) before changing the Routing Offset (Set Route Line).
