Sir Keir Starmer is the UK’s new Labour prime minister and he is set to give his first speech from outside No10 as he gets set to replace Rishi Sunak.

Labour scored a landslide victory in the election, marking a spectacular turnaround since 2019, when Boris Johnson won an 80-seat Conservative majority and Labour suffered its worst result since 1935.
