FANUC Authorized System Integrator, Premier Tech has designed and built an automated robotic depalletizing system utilizing a FANUC M-410iB/140H robot equipped with a FANUC 3D vision sensor.
This system is fully automatic with quick changeover of palletizing patterns through stored recipes. A FANUC iRVision 3DV/1600 vision sensor precisely locates the product with better speed and efficiency. Pattern Expert software developed by PT simplifies system operations.
The ARD depalletizing series is versatile and can adapt to any floorspace and existing equipment. Since one machine can do both, palletizing and depalletizing, it will be profitable for about any application.
Typical applications for this equipment are product reprocessing, multiple product depalletizing and direct pallet to truck loading.
This depalletizing machine can handle bags and bales of various sizes and formats. The end-of-arm tool can be customized to fit any type of product/bag. SKUs can be stored in preset recipes for rapid product changeovers. The user-friendly HMI enables your team members to operate the equipment with ease.
