Easily get the URL to use in your channel by using this webpage:
https://vrflad.com/overlays/
The system will alert for Follows, Cheers, Subs, Re-Subs, Gifted Subs, Gift Bombs, Raids, Hosts and Hype train events!
The browser source URL to use is below (note the / at the end is required):
https://vrflad.com/alerts/notificatio...
(if you don't specify the broadcaster name, then the twitch account image is used in the notifications.
To use a different machine / port for Streamer bot than the same machine default, then you can add onto the end of the URL: &server=machine:port
Examples:
To connect to streamer bot on port 8081 rather than default 8080:

To connect to streamer bot on a different machine on IP address 192.168.0.10 with default port 8080:
https://vrflad.com/alerts/notificatio...
You can modify the URL by adding to it (after https://vrflad.com/alerts/? and always using & between the options) to *exclude* certain events:
follow, cheer, sub, resub, giftsub, giftbomb, raid, host, hypetrain, tip
e.g. if you only want raids:
