Add video / sound playback into stream with advanced (search / random) functions for Streamer bot!

Actions to be able to play videos and sounds from commands, channel points and other methods like decks and voice command. Either picking a specific or random sound / video from a folder or from user input, search a specified folder whilst looking to fully or partially match the input.
If nothing is found, a random video / sound is picked.
