Let’s discuss the Anterior Cervical Corpectomy and Fusion (ACCF), an important surgical procedure that allows for the removal of ventral pathology or anterior pathology, such as disk herniations, bone spurs, and tumors.
We'll explain the decompression it allows, the different types of interbody spacers/grafts used, and how it's fused together.
