SWITCH/WATER

WE DO EACH ROUND OF THOSE 2 TIMES THROUGH THEN START A WHOLE NEW SET WITH DIFFERENT EXERCISES.

SET 1:
1MIN
Group 1: Weighted Burpees & Rows
Group 2 : Weighted Squat Jumps & Shoulder Press

30 SEC
Group 1:  Should Press FAST
Group 2: Power Lunges
