Nothing new with doing super-sets that's for sure, but sometimes we forget to drop in the old school basic moves with our training. Like this one, adding in a 3 round super-set at each station of 2 before rotating to the next station of 2. Don't forget those super fast sprints in-between each new set. This will spike their heart rates up and give time nor the beginners to take a break grab some water and hear a few encouraging words from you!!
Modify any stations or equipment to suit your training space! If your doing this one outside have them do a sand sprint or a hill run in-between.
