Eastern Cape Floods | Residents cry foul over living conditions

The heavy rain that drenched the Eastern Cape has subsided. The good news for Nelson Mandela Bay Metro is that dam levels have risen to 65-percent. A remarkable turnaround considering the Metro recently emerged from an eight-year drought.
