Joseph Drouhin, it’s famous producer has done great justice to the delicate, pure expression of the Pinot Noir and with 6 years of graceful ageing in the bottle, the wine is layered, savoury and yummy. In fact, I’m thinking of how perfect it would be with a traditional Christmas feast.
