The wait is over team! It's time to announce the new HR12WEEK 4.0 Free workout program beginning MONDAY JANUARY 8th 2024 🎉

This latest release of my HR12WEEK programs is going to be the most challenging, fun and effective workout series yet! Here are all the juicy details:

- 60 brand new full length workout videos
- Filmed in real-time so I'm working and sweating along with you
- Heavy focus on strength with a variety of training methods including progressive overload, supersets and compound exercises
- Balanced training schedule that includes mobility and pilates sessions
- 5 videos released each week (2 full days of active rest recommended)
- Workout length ranges from 35-45min (average 40min including warm up and cool down)
- Equipment used: Light, medium and heavy dumbbells, mini resistance band, yoga block, exercise mat and optional ankle weights
- Low impact/no jumping modifications shown throughout
- New videos released one day prior at 7am PST (ex: day 1 will be available Jan 7th at 7am PST so you have plenty of time to prepare before beginning on Monday Jan 8th!)
