2 Hitting Drills to Fix Lunging While Swinging

Drill 1 - put a bucket right in front of the hitters foot after they stride. This will force them to stay behind their front side.

Drill 2 - Have the hitter freeze after they finish their swing. This will allow them to feel exactly where they are and to see if they are over their front side.
