Dust mite allergy is an allergic reaction to tiny bugs, dust mites that commonly live in our houses.
Dust mites are one of the most common indoor allergens.
Dust mites feed off house dust and moisture in the air.
They're usually present in bedding mattresses, soft furnishings, soft toys and carpets.
The bodies and waste products of the dust mite are what produce allergic reactions and asthma.
