Why does the ear ache so much? What leads to ear acne? Can we use medical-grade hydrogen peroxide?

What causes earache?
👉🏻Cold and Cough,
👉🏻Tooth or gum infections,
👉🏻Nose blockage,
👉🏻Water deposition behind the eardrum,
👉🏻Neck pain,
👉🏻Ear wax,
👉🏻Injury due to earbuds,
👉🏻Presence of any foreign object.
More severe pain in Ear at night. Why?
When you are in a sleeping blocking position
👉🏻Eustachian tube blocked,
👉🏻Reduced ventilation,
👉🏻Severe cold builds pressure in the ear.
Treatment for Earaches:
👉🏻Painkillers: Paracetamol or ibuprofen for children,
👉🏻Avoid sleeping straight,
👉🏻Sip warm milk or anything as it releases pressure,
👉🏻Heating pads to ears to ease the pain,
👉🏻No to earbuds,
👉🏻No self-cleaning of ear wax.
What Symptoms need a visit from a Doctor?
👉🏻Fever,
👉🏻Swelling in the ear or nearby areas,
👉🏻Loss of hearing,
👉🏻Stinky discharge.
When there is water in the ear?
👉🏻Drain it out to prevent fungal infection,
👉🏻Tilt head towards one side,
👉🏻Pull the pinna outside to straighten out the ear canal.
Is it safe to use hydrogen peroxide?
👉🏻It softens wax and is easy to remove,
👉🏻Diluted form,
👉🏻Repeated use may cause inflammation and swell in the ear.
