This part concludes both Chapter
This part concludes both Chapter eight and the Chandogya Upanishad. In it are contained the last eleven sections of the chapter from section 5 to section 15. Here what constitutes the life of a student of sacred wisdom is described and Virochana the king of the Asuras and Indra king of the Gods go to Prajapati and learn about Brahm, about the Atma from him.
With the conclusion of Chandogya Upanishad, the series of the eleven Principal Upanishads of the Hindu religion in simple Hindi comprising the Mandukya, Isha, Kena, Aitareya, Katha, Mundaka, Taittiriya, Prashna, Svetasavtara, Brihad Aranyaka, and Chandogya Upanishad also gets completed.
