Aitareya Upanishad in Simple Hindi

The Upanishad belongs to Book Two of the Aitareya Aranyaka and is part of the Rig Veda. It is one of the principal eleven Upanishads of the Hindu religion.The Upanishad consists of three chapters. The first chapter shows the Supreme creating the world, the second with the three births of the Atma and the third enumerates the qualities of the Self, the Atma.The purpose of the Upanishad is to lead the sacrificer from the outer ceremonial of the rituals to their true inner meaning.
