Baked Leche Flan Recipe Ingredients:
10pcs large eggs
3tbsp white sugar
1tsp vanilla flavor
1 can 300ml condensed milk
1 can 370ml evaporated milk
Baked Leche Flan Recipe Procedures:
Separate egg yolk and egg white (10pcs). Set aside.
See complete list of ingredients in the description box below.
In a baking pan, caramelize 3tbsp white sugar over low heat. Set aside.
In a bowl, beat 10pcs egg yolk.
Then add 1tsp vanilla flavor, 1can condensed milk and 1 can evaporated milk.
Mix them well using wire whisk.
Strain the mixture into a pan with caramelized sugar.
Tap 3 times to remove the bubbles.
Cover the pan with aluminum foil.
Put it in a bigger roasting pan.
Then add hot water in the roasting pan.
Bake in a preheated oven for 80mins at 180°C.
Then remove the leche flan from the oven and check using a toothpick if it's already cooked.
Then let it cool down a bit and then transfer it into a serving plate.
Refrigerate for atleast 4 hours and serve cold.
