Syrup;
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup sugar
Few drops of calamansi juice
Flan;
1 big evap(360 ml)
8 pcs eggyolks
1 condensed milk (377 g)
1 tsp ferna vanilla powder
Steaming time;
1 hr in an ordinary steamer
15 minutes in a pressure cooker
