अब घर में बनाये मिनटों में हरा धनिया पाउडर सिर्फ 10 रूपये में- Homemade Fresh Dhaniya Pudina Powder
Making food tasty, healthy and economical was my main objective when I started this blog. Generally coriander and mint leaves become expensive during Summer; so what you can do is dry them now and make masala from it; so that you can enjoy the flavors of Dhania and Pudina all through the summer.
Ingredients :
1/2 cup fresh mint leaves (pudina)
1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves (dhaniya)
Method :
Take 2 bowls filled with water
Soak 1/2 cup each fresh mint leaves (pudina) & coriander leaves (dhaniya)
Take a clean kitchen cloth, place mint & coriander leaves on it (seperately)
Rest it for couple of hours (under fan)
Then leave it for 2-3 days in a cool & dry place
(Do not keep under direct sunlight)
Once they turn fully dry, churn in mixie & make fine powder (seperately)
Enjoy these Amazing Dhaniya & Pudina Powder with Cold Chaas, Biryani, and in many other recipes to Refresh your mood!!!
