ANGLO-INDIAN PORK RIBS PEPPER FRY
Ingredients
1 kg either Pork Spare Ribs
3 large onions sliced fine                        
2 or 3 green chilies sliced lengthwise
2 small tomatoes chopped
3 tablespoons oil                                
2 or 3 teaspoons pepper powder                
1 teaspoon coarse pepper
Salt to taste
Heat oil in a large pan and sauté the onions and green chilies for a few minutes.
Add the pepper powder and salt and fry for about 3 minutes.
Now add the tomatoes and fry for a few minutes.
Add the pork ribs and mix well.  
Add the coarse pepper and mix in
Add sufficient water and cook till the ribs are tender and soft and the gravy is thick
Add boiled potatoes if you desire and give it a stir
Serve with bread or rice
