Does Rabbit taste like chicken? We grilled rabbits with two different flavor profiles to find out.
There are two easy rabbit recipes here that will have you mastering smoked rabbit in no time!

We took 2 whole rabbits from D'Artagnan (https://bitly.4emv.com/dartagnan), brined them overnight and made the ultimate main course for an Easter dinner. The first we made using our Simon & Garfunkel compound butter recipe (details in the video), and the other - since everyone says rabbit tastes like chicken - we made the same way we make smoked chicken.
Two hours over maple and apple pellets on the Yoder YS1500s smoker at 225°F and the BBQ rabbits were ready.
