- 2kg of Rabbit
- 2 Lemons
- 10gr of Salt
- 10gr of Garlic / 10gr of Ginger / 10gr of Olive Oil
- 25ml of Sambuca
- 14ml of Olive Oil
- 4gr of Smoked Paprika
- 4gr of Yellow Curry
- 2gr of Pepper
- 5 Stems of Thym
- 1 Stem of Rosemary
- Potatoes for Maltese Fries
